Affordable Housing

The D’Assern Housing complex has 112 units for CV staff. The apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units in 14 two-story garden-style buildings on a 7 acre site.

Opened in 2017, our building features 60 apartments for low-income residents, including 12 designated for those aging out of foster care or at risk for homelessness.
