Andriana Diez

Andriana Diez is a strategy, transformation and organizational change leader, currently serving as the SVP of Workforce Operations at Advantage Solutions (Fortune 1000 company).  As part of her remit, she supports strategic initiatives across process, technology and people to improve Advantage’s operations and the experience of its 50K+ frontline employees.  

Previously, Andriana served as Senior Director of Global Talent & Workforce Strategy at Walmart Inc., where she led the development of a tech-enabled talent marketplace to support career pathing for a 2.1M-employee workforce.   Prior to Walmart, Andriana was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where she served as part of the management team of the Organizational Practice, supporting client efforts around strategy, operating model, transformation, DEI and talent.  

Andriana is currently an Economic Mobility Fellow with the Aspen Institute and previously served on the Leadership Council for Upwardly Global to advance workforce inclusion. 

She holds an MBA and MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute, a BA in Psychology with Honors from Yale University, and several executive coaching certifications.
