Tracy Baron
Tracy Baron. is an experienced community leader and former attorney with a strong background in education, nonprofit work, and public service. Tracy served as a member of the Dobbs Ferry UF School District Board from 2011 to 2023, including four years as President, where she contributed to various committees focused on policy, curriculum, and wellness. She is also a co-founder and board member of SPRING Community Partners, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring all children in Dobbs Ferry have the resources to succeed academically.
Tracy is actively involved in numerous local initiatives, including co-chairing the Dobbs Ferry Affordable Housing Task Force and serving on the board of the Broadway Training Center. She is also a member of the Dobbs Ferry Youth Services Coalition.
Before her community-focused work, Tracy was an attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP, and previously conducted evaluations for government education programs and collaborated with the College Board on education policy. Tracy holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
