Robert Smith

Robert Smith was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015.

He is the founder and CEO of Conscious Capital®, which has a mission to “expeditiously fund solutions to the world’s most pressing problems” and a vision to “create plenty for the many.” Conscious Capital’s core business is to advise, bring together and support individuals, families, foundations, corporations and institutional investors in connection with capital allocation, particularly in the areas of sustainable development and impact investing.

Mr. Smith also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Harmon Foundation, Special Advisor for Fundraising and Partnerships of the Permanent Secretariat of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, and a member of the Sustainable Investing Advisory Board of the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF).
