Pamela Loscher
Ms. Loscher is the business financial officer of U.S. Markets for MasterCard. In this role, she has responsibility for all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, business and strategic planning, internal accounting and reporting, customer deals, and business administration functions. She reports directly to both the chief financial officer and the president of U.S. Markets.
Previously, Loscher held a position as group head, assistant corporate controller. As assistant controller, she was primarily responsible for external financial reporting, technical accounting and policies, and review of customer business agreements. Earlier, she held a position as vice president, financial reporting. In these roles she was a key participant in the Europay acquisition/integration, the MasterCard conversion to a private share company, and the transition to becoming a publicly traded company.
Before joining MasterCard in January 2001, Loscher was a top rated manager at Deloitte & Touche, where she was responsible for leading audits on both public and private clients in the banking and investment management sectors.
Loscher earned both her BBA in accounting and her MBA from Pace University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
