Katrina Dudley was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and an associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). Dudley has served as an analyst for Mutual Series since 2002 where she is co-portfolio manager of Mutual European Fund and the Luxembourg registered Franklin Mutual European and Euroland funds, overseeing $6 billion of assets. Ms. Dudley has appeared on CNBC’s Fast Money Halftime Report and is a regular guest on Reuters TV. She appeared in Money Magazine’s 2013 Investor’s Guide “Top Stock Picks from Top Pros.” Dudley holds an M.B.A from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a B.A. of Laws and a B.A. in Commerce from Bond University (Australia). She served as a trustee of Inwood House, a $10 million social service agency that merged with The Children’s Village in 2016.
