Citing research and frontline experience, his testimony highlighted the critical need for family engagement to the long-term success of youth involved with the justice system. Louis Jackson Rapid Intervention Center (RIC)
The Louis Jackson Rapid Intervention Center is an Office of Mental Health (OMH) licensed program that provides short-term diagnostic and psychiatric stabilization of children 5 years to 17 years 11months. Youth are placed in the Rapid Intervention Center, formerly known as the Crisis Residence, for a maximum of twenty-one days.
