Katrina Dudley was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and an associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). Dudley has served as an analyst for Mutual Series since 2002 where she is co-portfolio manager of Mutual European Fund and the Luxembourg registered Franklin Mutual European and Euroland funds, overseeing $6 billion of assets.
