Michael Woods was elected to the Board in 2006. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Taylor University. Mr. Woods is currently the Managing Director/CEO of U.S. Head of Distribution for Deutsche Bank. He formerly served as CEO of XTF Advisors and was the US Head of Sub-Advisory and Investment Only Business for Salomon Brothers/Citigroup Asset Management. He was also a member of their US Retail Operating Committee.
