Lois Amend
Lois Amend was elected to the Board of Directors in 1995 and currently chairs the Development Committee. She also served as a member of the Greenburgh Eleven School Board for 10 years. Before her retirement she was Director of External Affairs Programs for Ciba Corp. and as a consultant, managed the Ciba Specialty Chemicals Foundation. She served on the Boards of several Westchester County not-for-profit organizations and has received awards from The College of New Rochelle, Junior Achievement of the Hudson Bally, Mount Ursula Speech Center, Frances Schervier Home and Hospital and Westchester County for her philanthropic efforts. She has been on the faculty of Fundraising Day in New York and has spoken before numerous fundraising groups.
